Certification Test for the SAFE HAVEN

HOW THE PRORAM WORKS

Simply, click on the certification training test link above and login. Please use your name and ID number on your certification card if you have already been issued a card. If you have not been issued a certification card use your name to login and ID number your Safety Director has for the company mine. The test is generated by the computer system and will advise you of pass or failure at the completion of the test. Failure will result in two additional opportunities to take the test again the same day. Passing the test will automatically generate new certification cards to be mailed to your mine office or to you directly, as specified at the login page.
